How do I Cancel My order?
If you’d like to cancel an order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. The fastest way is to call our sales line or email.

We are only able to cancel your order up to 12 PM on your expected shipping day.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to stop delivery. In this case, please follow our Returns Policy. We are unable to provide return postage for items dispatched.
Once your cancellation is processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your payment provider to complete the credit.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact our team as soon as possible, either via our customer service sales line or our email.

- We are only able to change the shipping address up to 12 pm on your expected dispatch day.
- If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to amend the delivery address.
- Please double-check your address details at checkout, as we’re unable to take responsibility for orders that go missing due to an incorrect address. In these cases, we’re not able to provide a refund or replacement.
Can I Amend My Order?
We are unable to amend an order once that order has been received. To add additional items, we recommend you place a second order via the website. If your order requires a substantial change, then we recommend you contact our customer service team, who can cancel the original order for you so that you can place a fresh order with the correct components.
