How do I track my order?
When you complete your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation containing your unique Easy Garden Irrigation order number. Example Below:

If you have not received an email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an additional email containing your tracking link.
What if my Tracking information has not updated?
Tracking numbers usually update every 24–48 hours, but delays can happen while your order is in transit.
First, check your tracking details; your order may be delayed due to an incorrect address or missing information.
If you entered the wrong or incomplete address, please take a look at our Change My Order/Address article for help.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry, your order is likely still on its way. Contact our Customer Support team if there’s no update after 6+ working days.
My Parcel Is Marked as Delivered, but I Haven't Received It.
It is not unusual for our delivery agents to deliver your parcel to a nearby neighbour if they cannot deliver it directly to you. Normally, the delivery agent will post a delivery slip indicating where you can find your parcel; however, we advise checking with neighbours even if you have not received a slip, as the driver may have run out of delivery slips.
- Secure Areas: Check around your property for secure areas where the parcel might have been left (e.g., behind bins, in a shed, or under a doormat).
- Check for Delivery Photos: Many delivery companies take a photograph of the delivery location. Check your tracking information for any photos that might help you locate your parcel.
- Check with Neighbours: If the parcel isn't at your address, check with neighbours, especially those you know who receive parcels on your behalf.
- Office Buildings and Shared Spaces: If your delivery address is an office building, worker's yard, or building site, be sure to check with all others that share the space, as they may have signed for the parcel and placed it somewhere unexpected.
- Delivery Agent Delays: Sometimes, the delivery agent may incorrectly declare the parcel as delivered. In such cases, it often arrives later that day or the following day. Be patient and check your order tracking information regularly.
- Contact the Delivery Company: If the parcel is still missing, you can contact the delivery company directly for more information. They may provide additional details about the delivery attempt.
- Wait 24 Hours: If you still have not located your parcel 24 hours after the stated delivery time, please contact our team so they can investigate further.
By following these steps, you can often resolve the issue of a missing parcel quickly. If not, our customer service team is here to assist you.
