I Am Missing An Item From My Order
We are sorry if you are missing an item from your order. Although we never want to disappoint our customers, mistakes sometimes happen. Before contacting our team, please double-check the following:
- The item hasn't been placed within another product's box for shipping or tucked inside another product. Please be sure to fully unpack all boxes in your order before you reach out to our team.
- The item isn't expected on a separate delivery. In some cases, larger, bulkier items are sent by a separate courier. In these cases, they usually arrive the same day or one day later.
If you believe you are still missing an item or items from your order, please contact our customer service team.

I Have Received The Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if an item is missing from your order or if you’ve received the wrong product. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery so we can help. After this timeframe, we may not be able to resolve the issue.

When you get in touch, please include:
Your order reference number
The name of the missing item
The quantity missing
Our warehouse team will carry out checks to locate the item. If it wasn’t packed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund (please allow up to 5 working days). If records show the item was included, we may need to investigate further before sending a replacement or processing a refund.
