We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you would like to return items to us. Providing the items are in their original condition and suitable for restocking, we are happy to receive them back within 30 days for a full refund.
Is there anything I can't return?
In short, no, we are happy to receive any item back as long as it is in its original condition and suitable for restocking. For any items sold in pack quantities, the entire pack must be returned for it to qualify for the refund.
When will I receive my Refund?
We want you to know that we aim to process your refund as soon as possible once the items have been received back at our warehouse. This is usually between 1-2 Days after they arrive. Ensuring your return has the following will ensure they are handled as quickly as possible.
- Order number
- Full name
- Item names
- Item Numbers
Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show back up in your account. If you have not received your refund after this time, double-check that you did not use a payment processor such as PayPal, which may be holding onto your return.
Can I return Items from multiple Orders?
Yes, we are happy for you to return items from multiple orders, provided they qualify for the returns process. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, please indicate which order numbers relate to which items on the returns form.
Can I return items for exchange rather than a refund?
Unfortuently, at this time we are unable to offer an exchange of items. If you are looking to acquire a different product, we recommend placing a fresh order for the item you require, and we will issue a full refund for the returned items.
