I have recieved a faulty item

We are sorry that you received a faulty item. We recommend that you contact our customer service team immediately so that they can offer troubleshooting steps for your particular item.

We will aim to get you up and running with the item without having to return the product; however, in some cases, our team will identify the item as faulty. In these cases, our team will make all the arrangements to get the item back to us for exchange.

Good to know...

• Our team may perform some troubleshooting steps with you to confirm the item's status. Because of this, we would recommend that you have the product to hand when you contact us.  
• We may ask for pictures or videos to help us identify your issue and offer a solution.
• If found faulty, we will cover the return cost of the item to our warehouse.
• In some cases, we may not require a defective item to be returned to us. Our team will let you know if that is the case.
